H. Water Shed: water source and water disposal.

1. All water required for outside cooking and or consumption must be secured from and disposed of inside water shed
2. All grease water must be disposed of inside Governors Hall where a grease trap is available

I. Utilities: Access to basic water/sewer, electrical outlets (inside & outside)

J. Equipment

II. Governors Hall (Outside)

C. Promenade dimensions (West or dock side of building): 142'W x 20'D (2,840 SF) Includes handicap ramp

III. Festival Grounds

A. Electric two single phase, 200 amp, 208 volt locations
B. Food booths: six 10' x 14' covered, stationary booths with 110V electric and lights.
Note: three 220V receptacles are available for Licensee/Vendor use at the booth
C. Seating Capacity: 2,500-3,000
D. Acreage: 3 acres
E. Parking available; up to 400 on site spaces
